By accessing or using AUTHORMated, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

AUTHORMated is operated by AUTHORmated (authormated.com).

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, authors and creators using the platform to generate written works or other creative assets.

2. Description of Service

AUTHORMated provides an AI-assisted creative platform that allows users to generate stories, books, narrative assets, artwork, and publishing materials from user-provided prompts, story seeds, photo upload or inputs.

The system may also assist with:

• story development
• manuscript generation
• cover concepts
• publishing assets
• marketing materials

AUTHORMated is intended as a creative tool and production pipeline. Output is generated algorithmically based on user input and system models.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• maintain the security of your account
• accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

AUTHORMated is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

User Ownership

You retain ownership of the original prompts, ideas, and content you submit to AUTHORMated.

Generated Works

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, users are granted full commercial rights to works generated through AUTHORMated from their prompts.

AUTHORMated does not claim ownership of completed manuscripts generated for users.

However, AUTHORMated retains the right to:

• improve the system
• analyze usage patterns
• train internal processes that improve generation quality

This does not grant AUTHORMated rights to publish or sell user manuscripts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AUTHORMated to create or distribute content that:

• violates laws or regulations
• infringes intellectual property rights
• promotes violence or illegal activity
• impersonates others or spreads fraud
• distributes malware or harmful code

AUTHORMated reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

AUTHORMated uses artificial intelligence to assist in creative generation.

Users acknowledge that:

• outputs may contain inaccuracies
• outputs may resemble existing works
• outputs require human review before publishing

AUTHORMated does not guarantee originality, legal clearance, or market success.

Users are responsible for reviewing and editing generated works before publication.

7. Platform Availability

AUTHORMated may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription access.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. AUTHORMated does not store full payment card details.

Subscription plans may include generation limits, token usage limits, or monthly usage tiers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUTHORMated and its operator are not liable for:

• lost profits
• publishing losses
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential damages

The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis.

10. Termination

AUTHORMated reserves the right to terminate accounts that:

• violate these terms
• abuse the platform
• attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
