DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

AUTHORMated respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

This policy describes the process for submitting copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content generated or hosted through AUTHORMated infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request.

Your notice must include:

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• a statement that the information provided is accurate
• your name and contact information
• your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. Submission of Notices

AUTHORMated will review valid notices and take appropriate action.

3. Response to Takedown Requests

Upon receiving a valid notice, AUTHORMated may:

• remove or disable access to the material
• notify the user responsible for the content
• investigate the claim

The platform may act without prior notice when required by law.

4. Counter-Notification

If a user believes content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification containing:

• identification of the removed material
• a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken
• consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court
• name, address, and signature

AUTHORMated may restore the content unless legal action is filed by the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright rules may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6. Good Faith Requirement

Submitting fraudulent copyright claims may expose the claimant to legal liability.

AUTHORMated reserves the right to reject claims that appear abusive or made in bad faith.
