Creator Publishing Agreement

This agreement governs the use of AUTHORMated publishing and distribution tools.

By using the platform to publish or distribute works, you agree to the following terms.

1. Role of AUTHORMated

AUTHORMated provides tools that assist creators in preparing and distributing works to publishing platforms.

AUTHORMated acts as a technical facilitator and does not function as a traditional publisher.

The creator remains the author and rights holder of the work.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

3. Distribution

If a creator chooses to publish through AUTHORMated distribution tools, the platform may assist with submitting works to third-party marketplaces such as self-publishing platforms or digital bookstores.

These platforms maintain their own rules and agreements.

Creators are responsible for complying with those terms.

4. Revenue

Revenue from published works belongs to the creator unless otherwise specified by a distribution arrangement.

If AUTHORMated offers revenue-sharing services in the future, those terms will be disclosed separately.

5. Platform Fees

Certain publishing tools may require:
